1. Secure Payments
All subscription payments for FitFriend Frenzy are processed securely via our payment partners. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. You will be charged based on the tier selected on a monthly recurring basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to your tier's features until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction. Our refund rules are as follows:
- 7-Day Window: Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a platform failure that prevents usage for more than 48 hours, a pro-rated refund or credit may be issued.
Instant Credits
Validated errors are credited back to your account immediately.
Encrypted Billing
All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
