Vision Form Checker

Select an exercise and record a 5-second video. The AI performs a 5-state movement analysis, checking your joint alignment at the start, extension, contraction, and reset phases. You'll receive specific technical feedback to improve your execution.

Injury Guard

The AI scans your last 14 days of volume. If it detects a sharp spike in impact (e.g., running 5 days in a row without rest), it will trigger a Potential Risk alert and suggest active recovery alternatives like swimming or mobility work.

Performance Predictions

Based on your current velocity in a competition, the AI projects your final standing. It uses your historical averages to tell you if you're 'On Track', 'Ahead', or 'Behind', providing a tailored suggestion to help you hit your target.

Sleep IQ Coach

Correlation is key. The AI analyzes your sleep quality ratings against your next-day training performance to help you find your "optimal rest window" for maximum strength output.
